Birth details (date, time, place): used solely to calculate your astrology report. We treat these as personal data and never share them with advertising or analytics providers.
Name and email: used to personalize and deliver your report, and to respond if you contact support.
Campaign parameters (UTM tags in the link you arrived from): used in aggregate to understand which of our content brought you here. These are not tied to your birth details in any analytics tool.
We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party analytics scripts on the quiz. We don't store your card details — payment is handled entirely by our payment provider. We don't email you marketing unless you explicitly ticked the optional box at checkout (unticked by default), and every such email includes an unsubscribe link that works.
Order records are kept as required for accounting and dispute handling. You may request deletion of your birth details and report at any time by emailing support@arvelos.cloud — we will delete them within 30 days unless legally required to retain the order record itself.
Under GDPR/UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email support@arvelos.cloud to exercise any of these. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Our service runs on servers in the EU. Reports and order data are stored there.
