Arvelos reports are provided for reflection, self-exploration and entertainment. They describe interpretive tendencies drawn from astrological tradition applied to real astronomical calculations. They are not predictions, and they are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise. Do not make significant life decisions solely on the basis of this report.
Your report is calculated from the birth date, time and place you enter. If you enter incorrect details, the report will be calculated for those incorrect details. If you notice an input mistake, reply to your delivery email within 7 days and we will regenerate the report with corrected details at no charge, once.
Because each report is generated individually and delivered instantly, we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds after the report has been delivered. We will refund or fix, at your choice:
· Reports that fail to deliver. · Reports that are corrupted or unreadable. · Reports demonstrably calculated wrongly due to a fault on our side. · Duplicate charges.
To request a refund, reply to your delivery email or contact support@arvelos.cloud within 14 days of purchase. EU/UK customers: by purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is waived once delivery has begun, as permitted under consumer law for digital content supplied immediately with consent.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before checkout and fixed at the moment of purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
